I needed some Geo Non-woven Membrane. The perfect product is normally only sold in huge lengths. Standard domestic membranes are not strong enough. We required a small amount of a product,we did not want to spend time and money travelling to pick it up,This firm sold to product we required in smaller amounts which was the amount we wanted. We were surprised how fast it was sent. Yes it was more per square meter but we only bought the amount we needed,Yes it cost to have it delivered but we did not waste time going to collect.

Very pleased with the product. It looks great and if it lasts as long as expected I will be extremely happy. I was impressed with the ease of finding and purchasing the product and will certainly use EM again. One area to improve is delivery. I had no notification of delivery day or time simply a 3 working day window. The best delivery companies provide a specific day and text with a two hour window on the day. That would have made my experience 5 star.
