The order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged, this was resolved with an email and photo and a new item was sent out with no fuss!

Really bad experience my parcel has gone missing and they are not very helpful teying to resolve this matter and I suffer mental health as explained u no it hasn't been delivered to number 78 as u have spoken to him also u never offered a replacement everytime I ring im passed to other staff time and time again ur very rude on the phone u was quick enough to take my money but now the parcels missing u are not interested
