Quick delivery and good service but £20 delivery charge for a single small item not even wrapped is brutal. If there was an alternative then I would have chosen one. Further reflection on the experience after dealing with companies feedback opinion demonstrates lack of understanding towards customer experience and what represents value. Negotiate delivery fees?

Pretty disappointed, product was not 3m width as described and was cut poorly. There are also holes in the product. As the job had to go ahead, we have had to manage with the product we had.

Ordered on a saturday and supposd to have arrived here last tuesday via DHL. Finally delivered the following tuesday despite not being a budget courier cost. DHL service has been very poor. While EasyMerchant were not at fault here, I suggest they find a different courier if this is a wider issue.
