The company sent me factually incorrect automated emails which referred to the product having been despatched and ‘with the courier’ which was untrue. They refused to cancel the order, continued with a late despatch and refused to accept a return. Very poor customer service from ‘Nathan’and team.

First order with this company, really not impressed, it cost me over two hundred pounds to find out they were completely useless and can’t deliver on time…they should definitely rebrand as rip off merchant as they are not easy to deal with. Had to order the materials from a reliable supplier after paying £250 for a pack of steel pins and two rolls of Gaffa tape, honestly, these guys make online retailers look bad!
