Phoned up got confirmation of what I required and the stock situation. Which is always a must for me. If you cannot speak to someone with experience of their products then I normally do not place the order.

Excellent quality of unwoven fleece, cut to the size I required. Two things let it down. 1. Looks like a good price until you get to see the P+P at checkout. £10 for posting lightweight fleece in a polythene bag? Seemed a bit steep. 2. 6 days to deliver? I understand you use DHL so it could have been held up with them and over a weekend but still. Just small grips. I am happy with the product.

Good price for materials, kept in contact regarding order but did not get any tracking info and took a day longer to get a simple order.

3 days after placing order I still did not recieve a tracking number so sitting here waiting and hoping the product will arrive. Job held up with ground open just waiting and hoping. Not even an order number provided on the invoice but they have taken my monmey.
