Great service, I ordered a set of cuff links for a present , they immediately informed me that they did not have any in stock and would need to get a pair from Zim , they asked if I wanted an alternative pair which I then ordered. Most companies will let you wait and for you to chase them , not Patrick Mavros’s team ... good service is the heart of their operation !

Every time we visit the London store, we have such a lovely time and this was the case earlier this month when we treated ourselves to a 42nd wedding anniversary present. I handed in a dozen individual meerkats for cleaning at the same time and they arrived home a week later looking fabulous. Can’t praise the service, staff and store enough - they make you so welcome.
