The ring was beautifully made!! My fiancé loved it!!!!!! It’s gorgeous! The picture online, does not do it any justice. The customer service was great. They inquired if I had received my order and if I was satisfied. Shipping was fast and the ring was packaged well. Would definitely order from them again!

Beautiful piece

I was not expecting how beautiful the packaging was, the shipping was very fast. Im only giving a 4 because I think it needs to be more clear that the size of the band (inside the hand) is very thin. My husband says mens jewelry is often thicker and a little less dainty. He loves it still but I just wish it was an option to keep the bad thicker especially when order the largest size face. Also not as heavy as I anticipated.

High quality. I ordered the 1mm 14k gold ring, and it is very sturdy. I have been wearing it for over a week now, and it is comfortable and hasn’t changed shape. The delivery was quick, and the packaging was beautiful and secure. I would highly recommend this company, and the prices are unbeatable.

The ring was a tad bit smaller than I anticipated but overall when we first received it, it was gorgeous. We had the issue with the ring where one of the Alexandrite stones fell out. After communicating back and forth with their amazing customer support staff, they offered to fix the ring or allowed us to replace it with a different design. We ended up going with a different design and after we shipped the ring back, we received the new one within a week. Their customer support team (especially Matthew) turned a really bad situation into a positive one that I will remember. Pro: Design is gorgeous, customer support is top-notch and overall a trustful company. Con: Rings are a tad bit smaller than they appear in the photos. Invest in thicker or stronger bands if possible.

The ring I got a was a floral design with blue gem stones. I got it as a promise ring and Eternate didn’t disappoint. It was beautiful in person and my partner absolutely loved it. The ONLY complaint I have is the design and gemstones are kinda small, but that’s just a nitpick. Took 2 weeks to ship.

The ring itself is very pretty, but the band is very skinny and I worry it will be easily bent due to how dainty it is. I've been very careful with it because of this. Will not be the daily wear I was hoping for.
