It came in a handsome ‘groom black’ box which lit up when opened! Love the ring & highly recommend the item & seller. It fits a bit loose, so please reach out with info on size adjustment!

United States | 09 August 2024I bought a ring expecting it to be filled with 14K solid gold, but found it had an empty inner side, which made it uncomfortable to wear. After removing the tag to try it on for sizing, I had to return it and was surprised to be charged $70 for tag removal and the return fee. The product did not meet my expectations, and the additional charges were frustrating. I would advise checking other websites that have similar products with free return policy.

United States | 06 August 2024To start, the rings aren’t true to size. So be prepared to send it back or get it resized. However, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. When I sent the ring back, they literally accused me of melting off the tag & reattaching it to hide the wear and tear. EXCUSE ME? I literally sent the ring back exactly as they sent it to me & never even wore it aside from trying it on, which it didn’t even fit so how could I wear it????? This resulted in them charging me $150 for “restocking fees”. I feel like they stole that money from me. I’ve never had a company disrespectfully accuse me of something I didn’t do. Customer service was terrible, never experienced anything like it. Not to mention, they claim to be based out of New York but the jewelry is shipped from Turkey. Sketchy. Plus, the gold isn’t stamp with “14k” and it doesn’t come with any paperwork which makes me question the authenticity.

United States | 26 July 2024The only thing that was a little surprising to me is when I received my ring there was no invoice in the package or a certificate of authenticity. I haven’t bought a lot of rings so maybe thats normal. But the ring looks great, maybe they can email me the documentation.

United States | 17 July 2024Updated review- My husband ordered a ring for me to celebrate the birth of our daughter. I received the ring and was excited, except for the fact that it cut the adjoining finger due to the sharpness of the metal holding the stones in. I probably should have contacted the company then but figured I would get used to wearing it. I had the ring just over three months, only consistently worn it for two months because I was worried about it cutting my daughter when a stone fell out. I contacted the company and the following is a synopsis of my experience (which I have proof of all email correspondence): 1. Initial contact with company 7/16/24- they wanted $80 to repair (almost 1/3 of what was spent for the ring) and did not address the fact that it physically injured me. The customer service representative I spoke to pretty much wasted my time asking me to send in pictures even though I was clear the ring is just over three months old, as after sending in the pics I was told their policy is 2 months. 2. 7/19- After submitted an honest review on TrustPilot, I was contacted by the same representative via email offering to replace the ring for a change in my review to 5 stars. He claimed to have tried calling my husband (active duty military) who was at work at the time so he didn’t answer. Since the ring has physically harmed me, I informed them I wanted a refund and would be more than happy to send the ring back as I was not looking for a free item, just something that does not injure me. They refused and reiterated offer to exchange for same item. 3. 7/20-7/21- after back and forth, representative Hazel said I could exchange for “anything” in their shop and I would receive a refund for the difference (if it was cheaper, I offered to pay the difference if what I chose was more expensive). I chose a simple gold band to exchange due to most of the rings looking like they would cut me and the fact that I was looking for a ring to represent my daughter (I was not interested in other jewelry). 4. 7/21- another representative told me I could not exchange for that ring due to the price difference (the ring I chose was cheaper and would have resulted in a refund of about $170) and that I needed to pick something closer to what we originally spent. I asked for a phone call to discuss as they do not answer the phone when you called the number on their website. 5. 7/24- after multiple emails asking when I would get a phone call were ignored, I received a phone call. Representative told me they would not honor what Hazel told me and that I could only exchange for something of the same price point. I was told they would send me exchange options. This was told to me by two representatives, one via email (7/23) and the other on the phone call. 6. 7/30 - after not receiving options from anyone, even though I asked multiple times, I sent a screenshot of a bracelet I would be willing to exchange the ring for. I time stamped the screenshot, which included a 10% off code clearly shown on the website. I paid $243 for my initial ring, this bracelet was $271 and with 10% off the final price was $243.90. I offered to pay the $0.90 difference. 7. 8/1- I noticed the prices on the website changed significantly, including the original ring and the bracelet I asked to exchange for. I also received an email that the bracelet I chose was not an option and was finally sent possibilities (all of which were cheaper items about a week and half ago that suddenly were in the same “price range” as what I spent). It was clear the company did not offer me the 10% off discount as every option was in the $240-249 range. 8. 8/4- To finally be done, I chose my exchange (a bracelet) and was sent a prepaid label for the exchange. 9. 8/16- The ring has successfully been exchanged for the bracelet (warning- their bracelets have a very thin gold chain, I am concerned it will break so I will not be wearing it often). Overall, I wish I never ordered from this company. The process was beyond frustrating for something that was supposed to celebrate the birth of my child. While I’m happy and appreciative I was finally able to do something sort of exchange, it took too much back and forth, being lied to by representatives and feeling manipulated when they all of a sudden changed their prices on their website (I have time stamped photos of this evidence for the first bracelet I was looking at). I find this very sketchy and I would recommend being cautious when buying from them. I loved their pledge to sustainability, which is partly why I ordered from them, but overall I feel I wasted money and am very disappointed.
