Excellent service from MediaFix. I'm so pleased with the photos that they have transferred from my parents old slides, I never thought they would come out so well! The communication with Mediafix was also excellent and I thought the price I paid was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Mediafix converted a 45 year old reel to reel audio tape for me. I'm very pleased with the result. It wasn't a cheap option but was worthwhile doing. My only slightly adverse comment is that the order form and associated guidance was rather clunky. I suspect it was a Google translation from the original German. Apart from that, well done. ,

Their content transfer was the best it could possibly be with various recordings and over recordings across 28 videos! Pleasant service. I had 2 small reels of super 8 from the early seventies digitised with the extra processing options Result was OK but I was able to improve the quality a bit with additional software. Rather slow, seems work was done in Germany. Certainly on the pricey side too.

Old Video tapes to memory stick. Helpful on phone at start of order. Sent partly filled in forms which was helpful as it’s a bit confusing choosing the right forms. My tapes were around 30 years old. Not a quick service which I didn’t mind took around 8 weeks for about 17 tapes to get done. Was kept informed at all times.
