Reasonably priced and prompt service

Provides easily accessible genuine, great product at reasonable price for much less than retail. Would have given 5 stars, but shipping is not as expected: the shipping option of 3-5 business days after processing is not what actually happens. I received the package appr. 10 business days after processing. Please explain this up front to customers who need to get their packages sooner. Like....on time for Christmas. Clearly a 10 day lead time was not enough. That said, thank you Gift Express for your response. This shows your commitment to customer satisfaction and I am impressed. 5 stars.

I bought Viva La Juicy 3.4 Oz and it barely has any smell to it! And what little I can smell of the scent does NOT smell like Viva La Juicy! NEVER buying from Gift Express again!

Ordering my husband's cologne was very easy and was delivered in the time as promised. The best part was the low price I paid for it.

The fragrance you guys have it’s very expensive and you can find these fragrance on TikTok, Amazon or eBay sometime for a cheaper price for example you can see a $30 fragrance and you guys are having for $80 and then you’re gonna charge high shipping and it takes too long to mail out a person order other than that pretty decent company

Most of the time you guys are great, but I ordered a bottle of cologne and you sent the wrong one, after messaging you twice I still have not had neither the price adjustment or new one sent to me, and no one has replied or reached out.

I received my order and even though I had confirmed what my order was they shipped me the wrong item and as I tried to call and see what can be done about my situation they said to email and never got back to be. Now I’m stuck with a perfume that I didn’t order when I ordered a cologne. Customer service was very unhelpful.

I recommend Gift Express. The fragrances are great. The prices even better
