I'm totally disapointed, items were totally fake

I never received my product that was ordered on December 13. I spoke with someone that informed me that my package is still at the USPS and will be delivered on Monday, December 30. Today I received a refund with no explanation. The customer service is horrible. I will never use this company again.

Quality is good and items arrived as ordered and appear authentic. Shipping took 12 days but arrived christmas eve.

Order was received as expected and on time

I placed my order on 12/15 and it is now 12/30. My order hasn't arrived yet. They called me saying that my billing address was wrong, so I fixed that but still never got any confirmation and or tracking number that actually works. A few days later I called the costumer services and they told me that my item was out of stock but looking into the website it said it was in stock. I called them again 3 times and they said my order has now been shipped but I have yet to receive a confirmation nor my product yet. I don't know if this is a scam or not.

Arrived on time during the Xmas season. Good job.

It was a ok but could had tracking on the packages.

Delivery timeline was set but arrived at a different time. This caused confusion resulting in the package being opened by the person for whom the package was supposed to be a gift and ruining the surprise.

Love it. Definetely I will still buy some more to the store. Pretty fast service.
