What not happy that I made a purchase on 12-14-24 and was on the 20th that would not received the package until the 27th and then I received it on the 23rd. The communication was very terrible

I mistakenly put in the wrong address for my package to be delivered I was promptly sent an email and got a phone call so I could give the correct address...Talk about great customer service..

This price was right, the site was easy to use and the product was delivered quickly. No complaints here!

The product was as described. Easy to order, shipping was 3 late. But the product was as great.

What a great site! The Christmas gift I ordered was received the weekend before Christmas whereas I wouldn’t get it until after Christmas with Amazon and was less expensive. Quick delivery, nice packaging, and great customer service.

Very disappointed. I never received my item and it was a Christmas gift. I've filed a claim to be refunded for the item. Will not order from this company again. UPDATE: package did finally arrive yesterday almost 1 whole week after Christmas, unacceptable given the date I ordered it. I also did email multiple times and got no response. When I called, I could barely understand the person and it was no help in answering my questions.

It's my second time ordering and it always arrives on time. The packaging is the most important for me as most of my purchases are for sale/gifts. So knowing that is can withstand traveling cross country and over sea is great news for me.

My order didn't even get out to the USPS until I called asking about why my order had not arrived in the 3-5 days as advertised. Would I have even received the order if I hadn't called about it? People that speak understandable English would be helpful too.
