The product was ordered on Dec. 13 and my receipt indicated that it would be sent out in 3-5 working days. This would have meant no later than Dec. 20, which I thought would be plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas. It didn't arrive and when I called, I was informed that it had been sent out on Dec. 24, but it has not yet been received. I have to leave the country for three weeks and I hoped that it would be here to take with me. Now it looks like it won't arrive before I go (Dec. 29) and had I known that, I wouldn't have even ordered it. Customer service was not very helpful and I am extremely disappointed in my experience with GiftExpress. I cannot see why I would order anything through this service again.

Ive been trying to get in contact with someone and no one responds … I had an issue with a package that was supposedly delivered but the package was no where to be found … next day of package being marked as delivered the mail man drops of my package on my steps… perfect. When I open my package one of my six perfumes weren’t sent. On the package slip it’s crossed off and has something scribbled on it , I’m thinking it says refund but not sure. Regardless I never received the perfume nor a refund. I’ve been writing on the chat and nothing …. I’ve ordered multiple times before and never had an issue until now.

The product arrived without its lid and the box was damp and all the perfume had come out.
