I still have not received my order that was suppost to be here before Christmas. I would like to cancell and receive a refund. I Finally received the order today. The product showed up damaged, the bottle is leaking. I would like a refund please. I have photos of how the product arrived if needed.

Tried emailing multiple times wanting a refund and haven't recieved anything back yet. No email, no response, no refund whatsoever! Has been a unpleasant experience so far without any satisfying results. Still waiting to hear something back or see my refund in my account!!!!!

My items didn’t arrive within 3-5 days, it supposedly got lost in transit & when I called to see where my order was they said it got lost & they will be resending it my package didn’t get here in time for Christmas as I hoped they had nothing to do to make things better.. I asked for a refund I have to wait for the package to get here in order to get a refund
