Haven’t actually bought anything yet however I tried to purchase some Nike Panda Dunks and the company personally rang me to check whether I had ordered the right size which I hadn’t. I had ordered kids size rather than a size 4.5 women’s. The money was refunded immediately which was fantastic!

Ordered a pair of Nike Dunk Low online. Fantastic service from Mr Brown’s Exclusive. They are really friendly and efficient. Having ordered so late for Christmas they called me just to make sure that I was happy the shoes would arrive after Christmas which I was. They didn’t want me to be disappointed!
