First I was very impressed when I ordered online It was very fast and easy.But when I tried to reached them out to source a shoes for me, what they advertise they can do and they are willing to do, I had a different experience…I had to chase them to reply to me couple of times and still no answer.It’s a shame as its a fast growing business and they put lots of effort in it but clearly there are areas where they should pay more attention.

They had problems with their website. However they rang me to let me know about the problem and would ship my shoes first class which was really nice of them. I am in love with my shoes. And the packaging was so cute. Thank you so much!!!

The price tag on the trainers was £10 lower than the price I was charged and delivery was long considering it cost nearly £10 too. Other than that can’t complain. I personally probably will not buy from here again because the price issue.

Have known Mr Brown for nearly two years now. I have bought from and sold to him on at least 30/40 occasions. Mr Brown is very professional and very strict on quality of the sneakers he sells. Would never order from here again. I ordered an essentials top for it not to be even in stock. I had to wait another week for them to get it to and for them to tell me they aren’t going to refund me for anything. I had a 2021 top with the logo on the front and they said because of the inconvenience they will send me a better top. I was sent the exact top I order and for it for be the wrong size anyway. Ended up getting an XL when I ordered an L. I would never order from them again and it’s that bad I’m not even sending the top back I’m selling it on so I don’t have to deal with them. Massive inconvenience and they wasn’t even willing to refund me the £10 postage I spent even though it took over 2 weeks to arrive.
