both people at customer service had a lot of patience with me not understanding how the credit borough works. It’s a mystery to me why I have to pay to have other peoples mistakes expunged off my credit report cost me $179. I felt like I was misled on a couple important issues. It’s going to take approximately 35 days to see if they’re gonna do anything but they got my money. I will definitely give you a heads up I strongly suggest before you give them any money talk to you more than one person I would not say they are a scam, but I would say if they can miss lead you they will. I’ll let you know back.

Please people don't use these scammers they can't fix your credit they give a a false report to steal money from your account run from these scammers they stole off my account they are frauds and scammers don't fall for this one

Why are CSRs named Kaylee (sorry if wrong spelling!) always the most helpful? She was so patient, informative, polite, personable and got done for me exactly what I needed and then some! I truly feel like I have a good friend to help me out with this credit bureau junk I don't understand. Thanks, boo! You're awesome and you deserve the world! 10/10 will be asking for her again and telling friends to do the same.

Seshell is the best. I've been on the phone with anyone and everyone for the past 30 days straight. Seashell took the time to actually look into what's going on. She found almost 200 points to be added to my credit score, very educated. Thank you Seshell. 😊
