she charged me $1 lied didn't send the credit report tried to get me to pay $400 for her to start credit charge offs before I could say no she was trying to get my money until I stopped her

The person with whom I spoke was very helpful and clear. We were in a crisis because my wife had responded to a text and returned a call to something that was clearly a scam. Fortunately, with the help of our children, we took immediate steps that meant that we did not lose any money. The one problem was that I was unable to upload a photo of my driver's license.

I knew that you were going to charge something, which is why I asked at the beginning how much were you going to charge but the guy kept insisting that I let him do it when people don’t have the money. They just don’t have the money to do it and they should not be pushed into doing it.

❌🚫🚫🚫❌🚫🚫****UPDATE****❌❌🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫❌❌❌🚫🚫🚫 After a month of trying to fix my credit situation I was informed officially by PAPER mail from BOTH Transunion and Experian that Credit Clerk is FRAUDULENT and unlawfully operating their so called services. They request information and send out these “dispute letters” without identifying themselves or explaining any situation in their requests. It’s definitely a scam and it just sucks because they’re taking advantage of innocent people and stealing their money. I understand these things take time and time is the biggest factor but taking a $400 payment upfront and charging $100 monthly for not even accurate credit scores or updated information is unfortunate. I wonder if the remote employees are aware of this and wonder if they feel any remorse when they gouge people out of their money. It’s a shame. But AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This business is not an an accredited establishment and is not recognized by the BBB. They are scum. BE CAREFUL AND BEWARE. ⁉️⁉️⁉️❗️⁉️⁉️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️⁉️⁉️⁉️ I’ve been struggling with my credit for years. I’m finally able to direct my focus on taking care of my life but didn’t know where to begin. I was able to talk to Manevia from credit clerk and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in directing me in what my credit needed and how it needed to be done in very user friendly terms. She read out all my options and was extremely understanding about my financial situation and was able to work with my budget into helping me dispute collections I was afraid to tackle. I am extremely optimistic about my future and I’m super grateful with the customer service and integrity this team has. Take the step today and help yourself with this amazing company.
