Wow !!! I had never seen such a person that has a fateful patience to serve and help a client achieve what is right and achievable issues. I am pertaining to Kesha. Honestly, she is the best customer service agent I have ever seen. Very professional, no bad attitude, profess a lot of patience in solving issues!!! Highly recommended to anyone.

I believe they are scammers. very suss! had to freeze all my credit reports after the call and filed a report with CTF. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay it sounded great and it looks like they try to look out for you the lady on the phone said it's just a one-time $99 and I said what about after that and she says no just one time now I see where I'm due on February the 5th I looked at my contract that says you have 3 days to cancel it was the 26th of January when I got it and it was the 29th there was no website to go to I tried to do it on the phone and I wanted to know the letter that in the evening I don't know if it'll be postmark or not but I feel that she lied to me or I know she lied to me that's not good business

I spoke with Giselle and she was very helpful and sweet! She answered all my questions that I could think of. I will wait and see if my late payments are taken off my credit report and if they are then it will be well worth the money that I spent!

The report they gave me was false I didn't not want there service as they were not part of Experian as they stated they charged $278.00 to my credit card any way. They gave me a credit score that was 75 points higher then what my report says

I liked the fact that Sue was able to give me a discount but after we discussed me not being able to pay u til 2 more weeks my card was still charged $278. Sue did not mention that my card would try to be charged again. Thank goodness my card was locked and the transaction didn’t go thru!

I don’t remember her name this sucks . But she was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable. She helped me out in such a big way. She was willing to go the extra mile for me. Hell, I even offered to cash app her or Venmo her money to get her hair and nails done.lmao if you bring this review to your employees, I guarantee you she will step forward and she will remember this conversation. You guys have a great coworker in her. I’m just upset that I couldn’t get a chance to write her name down so she can get the credit but she will remember my name and Pete and she will remember all the funny conversations we had.
