her name is Shana and she is most patient with "non-techies". I was somewhat anxious to find the origin of my credit report disputes. She did all but hold my hand to get me the info needed. I hope to speak w/her again. She helped me understand a little more about the workings of the credit bureaus.

This helps me to know how I can try to build and improve my credit so I can apply for a credit card for myself. The agent was really helpful in going over the process for my application and how to complete a form of credit payment.

Ayu was an angel, he did an amazing job to help me with my situation. He went above and beyond and really patient with me making sure I understand every step. The problem is not solved yet but I'm extremely happy with his professionalism, if I could gave him 10 stars I would, he's one of the best I've ever met thanks a million.

I really enjoyed following the clear and percise instructions. I learned a lot about how to use my phone to "copy and paste" I never knew how before then. This was the easiest sign in I have ever had. I keep a big smile on my face because this person was going to make sure I completed everything without failure. I still have that smile on my face. I didn’t approve the $79 and I told the representative she insisted and charged it to my account which I’m disputing and the bank and he agreed to one dollar and that’s it. Shame on her and this reputation of the company will bring it down

Sue was very helpful and explained everything to me over and over till I was clear on thing she made me feel very comfortable and I'm feeling good about her and her team that they will remove this negative off my credit.

First, the agent Kaycya was so polite. Being upset, she made me feel comfortable. Even though she had a bad cold, she stuck it out, and got all my problems solved. You all have a great person! Fabian made every thing more possible to fix issues with my credit scores as some information on file for transition, equifax was not correct as I called and didn’t understand an email sent to me from Experian. He was friendly and professional to help me figure it all out and what to do. Spent a lot of time helping me. I so appreciate him. He should get a raise
