She helped me figure out solutions to my credit reporting as well as how to maintain what good I have on there. My experience with Equifax was great your representative Shana was very helpful caring understanding to my needs. She was also patient and explained to me what I needed to do to clear my credit report and she helped me through it all without hesitation.
