The individual that helped me on the phone for almost one hour did an awesome job. She went above and beyond helping me understand my situation and she helped understand how credit scoring works. I wish I can get someone like her on the phone with any customer issues with any other companies. My best experience ever and would like to thank her for an excellent job regardless my disputes are resolved on time or not. Thank you

Rob was ok, but it took hours to complete my issue. We kept having trouble with my cards for the charges, which I think I should not have paid because I am a victim of fraud. Also, I was charged $199.00 today and that should have been adjusted to $159.00 but it had already gone through. I hope that you make the adjustments accordingly. I have a question. Is this Experian Credit Services or an independent company that charges to take care of victims like me? Just wondering.

They do not remove and hard inquiries !! AGAIN THEY DO NOT REMOVE ANY!! YOU HAVE TO PAY A OTHER COMPANY FOR THEM TO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT SCORE!!!! DOES IT MAKE SENSE???? THEY ROBBED ME !! Credit clerk lied to me, she gauranteed me 4x she could get 4 hard inquiries removed in 30 days as the call is recorded, she used the word gaurantee. I asked what if you cant, she said don't worry about it I GAURANTEE you we can them removed. They scammed me out of 316.00. They will not take your calls after you pay them. I had to call Credit Clerk from a different number for them to take my call and they answered quickly. They played the recorded call and said we can't guarantee results, I said ok well give me money back they said no and immediately dropped me as a customer. DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CLERK YOUR MONEY!!
