Credit Clerk does what they say they will do. BUT they do it in their own time, and continue charging you at strategic points to ensure they milk your bank acct for as much money as possible. Example: You sign up with them on say, the first of the month. They charge you ~$200. They then send out the dispute letters to the credit bureaus. Then, on the first of next month, they charge you ~$100. Mind you, they did nothing between the first of last month. Just sent out those letters, which are copy and paste templates. They can't send out the next round of dispute letters until 30 days later, which is 1 to 2 days after your second month starts. Also, you pay a separate $25 to Standard Scores who LITERALLY pull your credit report once a month. That's it. And THAT starts 7 days AFTER you start the program. So on the 8th of the month (in the example above). Credit Clerk cannot send out your second dispute letters until they see whether or not your credit report was updated with the three bureaus. So instead of sending out the second dispute letters on the 1st of the second month when they charge you ~$100, they send them out a week later on the 8th when you have had to pay a second month to Standard Scores to simply pull your credit report. Standard Scores should be pulling your report on the renewal date each month for Credit Clerk. They should be scheduled the same day as that is the only day either company works for you- the day you pay them. The rest of the month they are sitting pretty doing nothing. And please do not tell me to call in as your customer service team would like to speak with me to resolve this issue. I just spent 20 mins on the phone with someone telling me they "understood how I felt" and then literally saying the same thing over and over and over again, which is merely explaining what they are doing and when. I did not even want to be with a service like this. I called because this is the number that came up when I searched how to get a live person at Experian. Then a woman at Credit Clerk answered and sold me a "ketchup popsicle while convincing me it wouldn't melt onto my white gloves." I wish I had never gotten in bed with this scam of a company/service. But I've wasted three weeks thus far with them and if I try to do this stuff myself now, I'll lose the 3 weeks I've waited to no avail thus far. Save yourself the hassle. If it feels too good to be true, it's because they're going to steal your money and do less than the bare minimum.

Was misled. Thought I was talking to Experian. Associate never told me it wasn’t. So many time I said Experian. He never said it wasn’t.
