Unfortunately after taking the job on and receiving an email to confirm a courier would be with us within the hour, I later received an email cancelling the job as no driver was available. I subsequently lost an hour of valuable time, and had to source another courier at even shorter notice.

Used this company twice in the space of a week and on both occasions the service was spot on. Arrived on time, delivered in time and on the second job returned items to us on time.

Poor communication and no driver updates. Took me 30 minutes to get through to someone on the phone. I don't see why we they don't have online support. They also didn't arrive on time for none of my bookings! avoid avoid!

The collection and delivery were speedy and the courier polite and prompt. When the building receptionist offered to deliver the packet to our floor, he rang me to check that that was alright. A great service.

I booked a motorbike courier for an urgent job. Instead of picking up and going straight to the delivery address they were obviously doing more pick ups and deliveries. In the end the courier got stuck on the M25 and could not deliver my parcel before the delivery address had closed. It was all very stressful but when I finally got hold of the company to speak to someone,which took over an hour of phoning and holding on the different numbers, I had the package diverted to my home address so I knew it would be safe. When the driver arrived he was in a van not on a bike and had been held up in traffic. What should have been a 90min journey took over 6 hours. This is not a proper bike courier service but they charge as if it is, be warned!

They did exactly what I needed them to do. They were prompt, helpful, and polite. They really helped me out of a tight spot.

This is the first time we have used Speedy SameDay Courier and we cannot be any happier with the friendly service from speed of the delivery was first class. This allowed us to provide the first class service we pride ourselves in Bought Glass at 1pm in Rochdale the courier was then booked we had the glass in Glasgow 41/2hrs later Fantastic!!!

I booked the job on behalf of a vendor who was at a different address than what we had on the system. The difference between the job was £16 had it been booked that way on the relevant portal however they are trying to charge me a further £30 + VAT. Also booked a motorcycle courier to ensure it go back to the destination before 5pm however they sent a van (not what i ordered) it arrived at the relevant place after hours and the person had to wait around for the document. I am disappointed as have used this service a few times before with no issues
