Was very disapointed with cancelation charges which I had a pay and also I waited over 3 hrs to try and contact Speedy for this cancelation

Booked an urgent fast track delivery at 8am, noone came til 10:30am as the job was put on 'next available' doesnt say this on website. The item was delivered too late. Absolute joke. £50 wasted.

Having found this company online and read the reviews I thought I would give them a go. I am more than happy to recommend the service. Phones were answered quickly, the overall service was excellent and the parcel collected and delivered speedily.

Service perfect. Only minor gripe was the price increased by ~10% between talking to somebody on the phone and trying to book online - probably size related(?)

The service has not been delivered yet, but the website is very poor eg multiple failures on payment 'Contact us' - does not work Customer service got the dates/times wrong A number of phone calls were required to fix the above - and they do not always answer the phone Here's hoping...

Easy on-line system to obtain and accept a quote. You are kept informed of the whereabouts of your items throughout its entire journey. Courier has always been punctual and will continue to use this service as I know I can rely on them.
