Good service but a bit expensive. From Birmingham to London they took £208 for 25 kg and delivered in 5-6 hours. Good service. But a bit expensive. I expect to be around £150.

The only good thing about the service provided was the price, just goes to show - you get what you pay for. The courier was 90 minutes late picking up the consignment, there was zero information given as to consignment location and ETA. The consignment arrived 90 minutes after my install team had left for the day, now I have to pay for another installation visit. I wish there was an option to leave zero stars.

This is my first time using a same-day Courier and I have to say the experience was very easy and efficient.

Booked at 11, arrived to pick up at 9. Luckily client in the office. Everything else fine, but a basic mistake like this disappointing. Good value price.
