Quick, easy and did what it said on the tin

I found the customer service lady quite rude and not helpful providing an update. I also had to submit the form several times so they could change an extra £5. They told me a bike courier couldn’t do it for that price so I had to pay more yet it was a bike messenger than picked up my parcel. Wasn’t the best experience and I wouldn’t recommend

These guys were fantastic! I had to get medication to my son in London and they collected within 30 minutes and the meds were received 2 hours later! And the courier guy called me to confirm. Awesome service! Fully recommend.

Brilliant service. I had to amend the booking at very late notice which was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The courier kept me informed of his progress and confirmed when the package was delivered. The package contained blood samples which were time sensitive. I do not have any hesitation in recommending this company. Absolutely excellent.
