Excellent first time use of this company.. found them online and they worked out really well. Collected within 1 hour and delivered within another hour... just like they promised.

Great and fast service. The only complaint I have is the clarity of choosing the service option on the website. At the moment it is lacking a clear information what time/time slots the parcel will be delivered by. When booking a courier within the same city (Greater London) at 10 a.m. and choosing a vehicle: motorbike, I was expecting that my letter will be collected from me and will be delivered straight away to the final destination by this courier. Unfortunately this is not the case. The letter is collected, then goes to the Depo and it’s then distributed by 5:30 p.m. In my case I would’ve done it quicker if I got on the bus and delivered it myself. The whole issue has been quickly resolved and my letter was delivered on time to the final destination. Please, please make it clear to other customers what time slots are available for each service. It’s very confusing. Anyway thank you for resolving it quickly enough.

Really happy with everything and would have been a 5 star but I’d asked for a motorbike delivery and got a car ? But job was done quickly and efficiently but can’t help but think it would have been a dammed site cheaper for a bike to make the trip into London
