it was ordered to be able to do a transfer as per what they say on the web page. after 3 hours got a email saying it will only be done next day did not answer any phones the document was urgently needed. they need to get confirmation of the delivery prior to take on payments to give the client the option

I had to reunite a coat with its owner on a Monday, the coat was in London and person in Oxfordshire, time was ticking as the owner was due to go on a trip and needed to take the coat. I am so impressed with Speedy Same Day who do exactly what they say. Quick delivery, easy to book, competitive price. Would definitely recommend 👍

It was an easy service. I did not give it 5 stars because as a business sending to another business they picked up after 6 pm which in this case was not such an issue as we were both working late to get this done so both offices were open. Other times it maybe could not have been delivered.

The online form is confusing/misleading. When booking, it gave me an option to select a specific time slot for pick-up, which I selected. But then I discovered later that it was booked in for anytime. As a result I paid for nothing when I had to cancel because my time could not be guaranteed, and did not receive a refund.

I did not have a great experience with customer service, especially considering the high cost of the delivery. There was a miscommunication vis-a-vis pickup time, but my package was delivered and the issue was resolved. In short, I was told that the courier would arrive at 12pm in my online receipt. My friend and her father were at the pickup location to give the courier the package. However, after waiting for a quarter of an hour, they had to leave their pickup location quickly due to a leakage emergency in another flat. My friend's father left the house for only few minutes and happened to not be there when the courier arrived late to pick up the package. Due to the high price of the service, I asked him to rush home when I discovered he was not there. Customer service kept threatening to abandon my booking... Luckily my friend's father arrived at the pickup location before the courier left. I realise that there was poor organisation on our end, however the courier was not clear about pickup time and I was spoken to rudely by customer service. I appreciate that the courier waited a few minutes to pickup my package and I realize that times are difficult due to COVID situation, a lot is changing and times are stressful. However, customer service should be here to help and solve a problem, not speak rudely and offensively to a customer the way that they did. Luckily, everything worked out in the end. I did not however ever receive an apology from customer service after I, as the customer, repeatedly apologised... which of course is not normal. I am grateful that my package was able to be delivered.

To be honest - I wasn't quite sure what the service would be like - or even if the bike would turn up on time. After a quick call to the office, I had my package picked up in Liverpool and driven down to me in Oxford in a matter of hours. Brilliant service - thanks

Website very easy to use and you can arrange everything without the need to speak to anyone. Only thing that would have make this excellent was automatic email updates rather than having to click and track the order multiple times to see if any changes had happened
