I bought a picture for £220 on 29 April and I still do not have this picture. Contacting Home Décor and the Courier DX Express every few days neither know where my parcel is??!!!?? An absolute shambles of a company and in line with other complaints I have seen on delivery. Absolutely no solution offered to date other than it has left us and is now with the courier. No tracking or ownership taken by Home Décor. Two weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. This is the first time I have used this company and will not be using them again. So to date 20 days and no picture, no solution offered by either the courier on Home Décor. Rubbish.

Ordered 2 beautiful pictures and the were ready for collection within 48 hours - delighted with them!

Love love love this shop, great quality and prices and very unique, staff are soo friendly and helpful also.

They waited for me to get there the first time I ordered as I really needed paint and had phoned half an hour before they were due to close. I then ordered online for delivery and package came quickly and well packaged :)

After receiving a shipment confirmation of my order, 2 weeks later I am having to contact Decor Interiors (as they do not seem keen to proactively update me on the situation themselves) to find out where my order is. I have been told that the courier company have got it but cannot find it. Very disappointing experience so far, and have no idea if I will actually receive my order. Update: Radio silence from the company, unless I contacted them. No sign of my order. I am now expecting a refund. If anything goes wrong with your order - don’t expect much effort in resolving the situation.

Be prepared to pay for item's that need to be returned. Before placing my order I looked for this but nothing available on website,now I know why. Items too big for area required so had to contact the lady to be told it would cost me £9.95 to return these and this will be deducted from my refund. No other choice to pay this so in all cost me £10 for nothing. Would not recommend nor use this company again.
