Contacted via email twice to my personal email address in regards to my e-commerce site. No idea how they got my personal email address. Ignored as it seemed spammy. They then decided it was appropriate to call my 9-5 job to try and talk to me. My e-commerce company doesn't have a number linked to it. There is no way they could have got this number without doing a full check on my career (fine it's on LinkedIn) but what a hugely inappropriate oversight to call my 9-5 office to talk to me about something I work on in my personal time. I will never work with this company. Absolutely disgraceful.

Email Spamming specialists. Despite marking their constant daily junk rubbish emails, they bombard you daily. No option to unsubscribe (even if you never subscribed to their nonsense) in the first place.

Super efficient staff and process. We use wayflyer for funding stock purchases. It's flexible and fast, credit decisions are quick and money is credited within a day or so. A great way to grow without giving up equity or dealing with archaic (and expensive) banks. Sales and Account Management provide excellent client service.

We were promised a operational service included in the fee paid for the loan that we never received. They sold us that it was powerful in Spain / Portugal but it turns out they only have it for China.

Won't take NO for an answer !! Despite ignoring constant emails and marking them as Junk / Spam, they continue to bombard you with emails. Even ring up claiming "you've shown interest" when clearly you hadn't. Told them was not interested and never will be and remove from contact lists, totally ignored me and carried on talking so hung up. Few minutes later an email arrives saying if there was anything they could do in the future get in touch. Total sales lead focussed company that simply "Won't take NO for an answer !"

We gave them acces to our system and 3 days later our e-commerce got hacked which has never happend in 3 years! What kind of company is this? bet all reviews are fake!! No customer service to assist as it is a weekend, so clever timing!!
