Wasting time. Don't connect your data to them. They are spam. I am really disappointed with their service. I had $5.000.000 with my Shopify store and connected to them. They can see all my products and data and after 3 days they said that we can not give you a loan, what the fuckkk.

Wayflyer wouldn't even let me borrow 1x my monthly revenue on our second loan, instead only 0.4x because they wanted to control how I structure my bank accounts which isn't in the contract. Paid off our first advance in 2 months but they wouldn't help scale and refused to look at our business properly. Sadly they can't see the bigger picture.

Cannot rate more highly my experience with Wayflyer to date. Our Growth Capital Manager assigned to us is incredible and she couldn't have been more helpful throughout the onboarding process. Her knowledge, passion and willingness to support her customers is exceptional. Looking forward to a long partnership with Wayflyer as we grow our business. My only constructive feedback is around perhaps having a step by step and troubleshooting guide to linking up the various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook etc) as we had some technology challenges linking these up however our Growth Capital Manager was such a huge support in helping us work through these issues so overall still a 5 star experience.

Professional and diligent. It would be good if they offered a greater range of timeframes and be a lil more transparent about how they assess levels of funding but overall good experience.

We are onto our 3rd loan with Wayflyer. Instead of messing around with the banks and their endless forms and hoops to jump through, Wayflyer keeps it as simple as possible. They have an app that hooks up to our ecommerce store (shopify) so they can see how our sales are going and the history of previous years. This allows them to provide cash advances to help us buy larger inventory purchases. If you are not familiar with how they work, they create an automated debit which takes a % of your sales to repay the cash advance (loan) Rather than charging interest per month, a flat fee is provided up front and added on to the total amount to repay. The fee rate is low because they know you are going to pay it off within a few months. Take care - other non secured lenders can end up with ridiculous interest fees but theirs isn't. As our business has grown rapidly, having access to Wayflyer funds has been essential to buy inventory in bulk and at the best prices and to manage our cashflow. I've personally found their team to be very courteous, friendly and generally feel like they are there to help. The difference between getting their finance and traditional banks is chalk and cheese! We intend to keep using Wayflyer for funding our growth. Great company. And to be clear, I have no association with the company apart from using them for funds.

So Dan O'Brien their Chief Revenue Officer is still spamming my company. We told them not to email, they still did. They then phoned. They got upset when I named and shamed. I put a domain level block on their emails. So now they are emailing from "teamwayflyer.com" rather than "wayflyer.com".
