This company is a joke - gave me an approval and then the run around. I ended conversations with other lenders due to the sales teams assurance then their underwriting denied us for literally no good reason. Looks like they are just lying to people to get leads. Avoid all all cost unless you want to be lied to, led on and your time wasted.

Patient, caring, and smart team. They're always willing to work with me to figure out what funding offers are going to be best for my business! The analytics tool they provide for free is a great quick look at business health metrics as well. I definitely recommend this group.

The terms Wayflyer offer are extremely competitive and with this extra funding we have an incredible opportunity to grow our customer base without giving up our hard earned equity! If you are considering Wayfler my advice is this DON’T WAIT! You won’t be disappointed.

Dealing with wayflyer for the second time was really disappointing... Since the first interaction with wayflyer and after receiving our funding we were dealing with the team directly in Dublin, yeah the Timezone was a challenge but you were dealing with the team that made decisions.. We actually preferred the late night calls. Fast track 4 months and we have now been assigned an account manger in Sydney... they don’t really want to understand your business and are nothing more than a “troubleshooter/gatekeeper” to the decision makers in Dublin... effectively they have built in another middle man... This would be fine except you now have the another schedule to juggle... QLD for us... NSW for the Australian contact.. Dublin for the underwriting team... in our case our Australian contact only wanted to work mornings and not evenings so this meant we were only able to get morning calls with Dublin... why do we even need her on the call? She is basically just an appointment setter with Dublin. In the second round of funding we were not successful.. sure it’s disappointing however we feel the outcome was partly because the lady in NSW did not convey were we are at with our business in the way we would have. There is also the change in wayflyer process where they only seem to be considering the past 30 days of data. Ultimately January being a quite month the data was not quite where it needed to be. Either way we just can’t shake the feeling that the lady in NSW adds absolutely no value to our cause, it’s not her fault at all she is just doing the job she was employed to do. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW - WAS 5 STARS NOW 2*** As a small business Cash Flow is extremely important. Wayflyer gives us the flexibility of upfront cash to grow now and repayments that follow the ups and downs of our sales each week. Previously we had been with Prospa and many other lending companies however you often find there is a high FIXED weekly or daily repayment that must be met. This traditional model of funding simply did not allow us to grow, the traditional method does not meet the needs of small business. Unlike a large company small business is either having a really quite week or a really busy week, there never seems to be an "In Between" or as they say "Consistent Sales". To be honest at a monthly level our repayments are likely higher that what they were before but we no longer have to try and find money each week for our loan repayments as we know it will be X % of our daily sales for the term of the Wayflyer Funding. By knowing the X% of the revenue they will take each day enables us to build it into our business when we look at other things such as product pricing. we have found this is a key factor to our growth in 2020. Overall the team are friendly, flexible and genuinely want to lend money to small business that want to achieve great things with the money being lent.
