They are the most personal, flexible and generally easy to work with of the bunch. They not only understand e-commerce, but take the time to look at the wider business so they can asses risk and potential growth much better than most out there who often just look at your google and meta results. I have been a customer of Wayflyer for two years now all was going well until there was a fork in the road, During Q4 of 2022 they contacted Kotanical asking would we be part of their TikTok partnership, I was hesitant as TikTok ads arent effective and previous trials were not a success, I voiced this with wayfler (Emma S) and they assured it was improved Also, part of the email to reassure (The offering includes other benefits such as a dedicated account manager from TikTok and access to ALPHA & BETA program rollouts) the account managers wouldn't reply and kept being changed on top of that, the ones who replied just wanted ya to up budgets, all this was overseen by wayflyer! I have voiced this with Matthew Brennan of wayfarer and he didnt bother to reply, I have spoken to other businesses who have had a similar story, it wouldnt be a major issue but you end up owing 1000s of euro on poor traffic which didnt convert and wayflyer pulled the partnership with tiktok but small Irish businesses get billed mad money. Update 21/06/23 Matthew has helped recover some of the loses since I left the review,

I have never had ANY interaction with this company before, NEVER even heard of them until I got a spam email from Lyndsey. Under the spam act of 2003. It is ILLEGAL to send unsolicited emails without first having permission. I’ll be sending a report to ACMA
