I have had capital from multiple lenders in the past but Wayflyer exceeded previous experience on many levels. Firstly Paddy was really efficient, fast and responsive. From first point of contact to funding in just 48 hours. Paddy also really took the time to understand the business and our needs, not just now but as we grow. The growth support is what drew me to Wayflyer and the 1:1 contact. The issue i have faced with other W/C lenders is that it takes days/ weeks to get a response and when your running a fast paced ecommerce store having the instant support when needed is key. I also find the back end system is really useful and super clear (again this isn't always the way with W/C lenders). So far, so good!
