Loved the fact that the tags were delivered and bags picked up on time. The only thing that made this hard is that the time for pick up changed, very lucky that I did have someone at the house to get the bag out in time.

While Luggage Forward did their part, their contractor, UPS failed miserably. Of 3 suitcases, only one made it to my cruise ship. The other two (the ones with my clothes) did not. It was over a week before I was contacted by an Amazon employee letting me know that my bags were at the customer return warehouse in Reading, PA. To their credit, Luggage Forward assigned me someone to work with as we tried to get the luggage returned to my home. We were finally successful, no thanks to UPS who took forever to pick the bags up from Amazon. I thank Luggage Forward for their assistance but they need a better contractor.

I was a little nervous about using the service initially. However, after I did, I realized that Luggage Forward performed exactly as advertised. In fact, they exceeded their goal as my luggage was delivered before the date promised.

the luggage was picked up on time. on delivery to the ship my cabin was changed but Luggage Forward did not check and it was difficult to find it. What was REALLY Difficult was the Representative was not at Pier 27 in SFO for me to give my bag to after customs. When he finally showed up he had NO sign to let me know were he was .VERY difficult in the rain.

We were able to continue our trip without this big bag hindering our progress. It made all the difference to our trip. We travelled by sleeper train to Chicago from San Francisco and were able to handle our two suitcases by ourselves. It made all the difference. Thank you for providing this service to us. The company came early for pick up without telling me, and I wasn’t home. When I called to inquire they asked me to take my bag to a fed ex facility for shipment. That was not what I expected and arranged. I expressed concern and they made an arrangement to pick up my bag at another time so in the long run things worked out but the timing was problematic.

This was a great service! It allowed my mother and I to travel without worrying about our luggage. Our luggage was picked up at our house before we left and was delivered to our stateroom when we arrived! Very helpful and convenient!

It was my first time using the service and I was apprehensive because the pick up was so many days before the cruise date. The pick up service was on time and the workers were quite professional. The delivery to the cabin was also as prompt.The return home was also very well planned and prompt. He was waiting for me outside the terminal.Delivery to home was also as promised.I will not hesitate to use luggage forward in the future.No more lugging luggage through the Airport ever again.I recommend this company highly.

Very easy process. No issues at customs where when I used other transport companies, I did have issues. They may be more expensive than others but it is worth it for the service.

LF did what they said they'd do. Pick up of clubs went well, and beat us to hotel (in Australia). Pick up of clubs (in NZ) also occured but kept getting e-mails saying needed combo for lock on bag. There were no locks, so ? Bag appeared toward end of time allowed, we were back for 5 days before bag was delivered. Would use again.
