LF delivered (no pun intended) exactly what they promised. They picked up my clubs at our debarkation port (Athens) with me having to be involved. The clubs were delivered to my office (Miami) right on schedule.

Super fast, and very convenient! Luggage tags were shipped to me next day and a driver came to pick up the luggage. I hardly had to do anything at all. My bag shipped on the 5th from California and arrived in the UK two days later. I will definitely be using this service again.

The Luggage Forward representative at Pier 90 in New York was incredibly helpful. One of our bags already had a hole in it when we left the ship. She made sure it was taped up. It arrived at our home five days later, intact and early. Thanks.

The luggage forward rep was there to meet us as we disembarked from Queen Mary transatlantic voyage,saving us from schlepping our fancy cruise threads through the UK and Italy! And Luggage Forward remained in contact with me and DHL to orchestrate the drop off of the suitcase at my home in the States. What a relief! Heartily recommend this service.

We have almost missed our flight because after disembarking and taking our luggage through customs at the Port of New York there was no agent of your company to take the luggage from us! Unacceptable!!

What a lifesaver to be able to ship the heavy luggage before and after you go on your trip - especially the extended ones. I found Luggage Forward to be professional and timely. Just remember to book as early as you can because the prices go up the later you book.

The most stressful thing was upon disembarkation, there was no Luggage Forward agent and most of the Princess personnel didn't seem to know what was to be done. We were scheduled to take a post-cruise excursion and I was being told by some Princess reps that I should put our luggage on the tour bus, which would have defeated the whole purpose of using Luggage Forward. Ultimately, someone in the authority for Princess said the Luggage Forward baggage would be held in the terminal until a Luggage Forward agent came to collect it.

4 stars because did not receive all pieces of luggage at same time. One piece of luggage came a few days later and the zipper tabs on suitcase broken off. This was a new London Fog suitcase.
