Instructional packet was detailed and timely. We chose to deliver the suitcases to UPS ourselves since we live close to the facility. We appreciated the notice that the luggage arrived at the port. We would have rated this service 5 stars but both new suitcases had damaged zippers which will need to be replaced to make them useable.

Luggage picked up on time and delivered sooner than promised. Some confusion at the Hawaii location but that was our fault since the name given to LF was different from the name on our hotel/condo reservation. Lesson learned here.

the entire procedure was clearly stated on the instruction sheet and sturdy tags and luggage seals were provided. driver picked up on time and delivery to my location was timely.

Luggage was delivered on time directly to the ship. It was picked up at the port where we disembarked. The folks taking the luggage in Sydney Australia were very nice and efficient. Upon our return home I noticed one of the pieces of luggage was damaged. I called to let LF know. The agent that took my call was great. I submitted a claim via their website. I received an email back within 48 hours saying I would be reimbursed via Venmo within 72 hours.
