This was a new experience for us. Luggage Forward kept us well informed and if we had a question, they responded timely. I have recommended this service to many of my friends. It does require earlier preparation, since the luggage goes about 10 days before you. For a Legendary Cruise, well worth the cost. Luggage was waiting for us on the ship. L.F. Staff was waiting when we got off the ship to receive the 2 large cases and off we went to the airport with small suitcase (prescriptions and otc meds) you must keep with you.

This is the second time we have used luggage forward. Both times have been an excellent experience. Our luggage was picked up exactly when they said it would be. And both times it was in our state room when we boarded our ship. I love not having to haul a suitcase through the airport and wait at the baggage claim to pick it up. I will continue to use luggage forward.

This was SO EASY!! I have thought about shipping luggage in the past, but was always worried about them getting lost or damaged, etc. This was so easy!!! The luggage arrived sooner than expected! I will DEFINITELY use this service again and again and again!

Have used Luggage Forward three times for long cruises. They are great in every respect. From initial set up on phone, e-mails confirming all aspects of pick up and delivery, to the actual pick up at home, to delivery to ship ( in the cabin) , to pick on disembarkation day and delivery home. I will use the company every time we do a long cruise. Can’t say enough about their customer service !

I like that this service is provided. My luggages arrived well and in great condition on the ship. However, when my luggages were delivered to my home, my samsonite was snagged im the front and all brown and dirty. As for my black hardside, the seam in the middle where the luggage opens up was separating about 3-4”.

We used Luggage Forward for a long cruise trip. Collection of the luggage went as promised and delivery to the cruise ship was without problem. For return trip home, we extended our return by one week. We advised Luggage Forward (LF) of when we would return home and to make sure the luggage was not delivered before 12/28, our return home date, as there would be nobody to receive it. This message was emailed by me directly to LF and also communicated via the cruise line which confirmed its delivery to LF. When we eventually made it home, our luggage was in the front door. Luggage was delivered before our requested delivery date and without prior notice. We have no way of knowing how long the luggage was left unattended by our front door. Fortunately, nothing was missing. Bottom line, luggage was delivered before our return home which we had communicated to LF. We were lucky our luggage was not stolen from our front door. We are disappointed that, despite our requests to LF, they delivered the luggage before our requested delivery date, and they left the luggage unattended by our front door.

We have used Luggage Forwarding 3 times now and we love the service. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband has limited mobility and using this service has made our travel experience so much easier! We will definitely use Luggage Forwarding again.
