Easy to reach customer service and each time they were excellent and kind. Suitcase shipped internationally and arrived in 2 days. Luggage Forward partners with FedEx, and there was excellent communication overseas as well between FedEx and the person who received my suitcase.

I was skeptical at first when sending luggage from the U.S. to Ireland for my daughter studying abroad. I looked into sending a package by mail and other shipping services, but the landing fees made it too costly. Luggage forward picked up the luggage and delivered it two days early. I couldn’t believe how efficient and reliable the process was once I figured out what needed to be uploaded and completed. I called and emailed questions during the process, and always received an immediate response. It was also a lot cheaper than other shipping options. I fully recommend luggage forward.

Overall was a wonderful experience. There was some confusion relative to returning the Leg 2 (return) luggage and whether someone was required to be present and sign for the bag.

I would highly recommend luggage forward. We took a 52 day vacation which included two cross country Amtrak trips, a 35 day cruise and a week and a half visiting relatives. Luggage forward made this trip so much more enjoyable by handling our luggage for us. They sent detailed instructions, picked our luggage up right from our home and delivered it to our cruise line. Extremely simple. They also picked it up from the cruise fot its journey home. We were so pleased we arranged for our third suitcase (which we had kept with us) to be picked up from our hotel so all we had to deal with on our final leg of our journey was our backpacks. This was so simple. We asked the hotel for help sending this last bag. We did this the night before we left for home. Not a single problem. Bag was picked up by noon and made it home just a couple of days after us. Our original suitcases were waiting for us when we arrived home! Fantastic service. We will definitely use this service again

I have video of the DHL pickup person taking my suitcase off the front porch and banging it down my front steps on its wheels. It was a small suitcase and easily carryable. I expected maybe somewhat more gentle service from DHL. Otherwise the suitcase was delivered satisfactorily to its destination.

It is so nice to have luggage picked up ant home and delivered to the ship when we cruise. No schlepping luggage on and off the train! We start or trip relaxed with no aches and pains from lifting heavy suitcases.

My husband and I, both seniors, used Luggage Forward for the first time. We had our suitcases shipped to NYC and loaded aboard the QM2 for a 27 day trip. We had them shipped back to FL at the end and doing so made traveling so easy. I would highly recommend them. Someone was always available to explain the process to me and facilitate.
