We were flying across country then taking a cruise. A friend recommended Luggage Forward and she was so right. No need to fiddle with luggage drop off/pick up at the airport. Luggage picked up from home about a week early then delivered to room on the ship. Return was just as simple. Meet driver after going thru Customs, delivered home less than a week later.

Second time to use luggage forward. First experience was great. This time, our luggage was not on the ship when we arrived. Had to call & found out that it had been taken back to warehouse with other luggage leaving the ship. Luckily, our ship did not leave that day so we were able to have it redelivered that night.

Everything worked perfectly! While it is an expensive service, it was worth every penny to avoid the discomfort and hassle that would have been the case if we had chosen not to use the service for our formal clothes which were needed just for the last 10 days of our trip.

I have used Luggage Forward services before and I find them to be friendly and efficient. Their website is user friendly which I liked. I spoke with an agent about pick up dates and he was very helpful. Luggage Forward has excellent follow up emails and instructions to maximize service and pick up. I was able to track my luggage and knew when it arrived at its destination. I will definitely be using Luggage Forward again for shipping large suitcases - it makes traveling so much easier!
