Seamless efficient process from New York port 88 to our house in Fort Myers. Picked up Wednesday delivered Saturday very excellent even cleared customs since we were continuing os same ship.

Impeccable service and early delivery

It is so easy to go on-line and schedule your pick up or drop off dates. They even have a real person help desk if you need to talk in person. I had a bicycle that needed to ship to Hawaii (bike company would not ship) and Luggage Fwd came to the rescue. It even arrived little quicker than planned.

I was sending my ski bags and one of them arrived soaked by water. You'd say, easy it was clearly damaged while transporting and I payed the insurance. I followed instructions on their pages, but thought it is a bit odd that I had to agree that their decision is final and I have no rights. Still, this one is clear and easy. Was I wrong!!!! Edges on my skis were all rusty from the water, which this company claimed is "normal" and I should take better care about my skis. My gloves were ALL MOLDY, which they claim IS OK and I just need to clean it and can wear it again!!!! The same happened with two of my jumpers, mold is clearly normal for these people! All in all, I insured my bag for 1000$ damages were 230$ and they refused to pay as all of the damages - clearly caused while in their care - are perfectly fine and not health threatening. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if they happen to destroy your stuff, they will blame you for not taking better care of it, or claim that MOLD is safe for direct skin contact.

Luggage Forward is great, the only issue I had was the courtier that picked up our luggage from us was late . This was our second time using luggage forward after a cruise . First time the courtier was waiting for us . This time we waited almost an hour . Glad we didn’t have a flight to catch!
