Well- a week ago, one of my two suitcases arrived - the one missing still has EVERYTHING I own!!! Luggage Forward is sending emails every few days saying they are looking for it. The 2 people I have finally talked to on the phone are very kind. **UPDATE** Shout out to Rossana at Luggage Forward Customer Service After missing for 21 days they have located my bag!!!! The Lost and Found Exec at UPS Overgoods in Kentucky used my photo and description to FIND it!! I have to say- anyone can ship luggage but kudos to the company who can help FIND it when it’s lost. Tip: Always put a Tile or Apple tag tracker in whatever you ship with anyone. I didn’t but now always will. In the last 3 weeks looking for this, I will say EVERYONE at Luggage Forward was sympathetic and kind to me. I was also actively calling UPS and even drove to the regional headquarters for UPS and spent a good deal of time following up and filing investigations and tracers. I am due to receive my bag finally tomorrow- fingers crossed. I also received my insurance claim coverage to cover some costs of replacement items while I wait. So, in the end - Luggage Forward came through on their guarantee and I’m super grateful!

Company advertises GUARANTEED delivery dates for shipping services. Going to our international destination service was very good. However, the return GUARANTEED delivery date was not met. Golf clubs in question sat in customs in Atlanta for 8 days before being delivered late. There were no prohibited items in the bag. GUARANTEED delivery date was not met. Website says they will double your money back if not delivered on time. However, go to the bottom of the web page and read the fine print. They wiggle out of this GUARANTEE if the item is delayed in customs. Their appeasement was to offer a 25% discount on my next shipment with them. No thanks.

I purchased insured shipping services from LugLess to ship my desktop computer from Chicago to Washington, DC. The shipping services came with "$500 coverage" and a "carrier guarantee". There was nothing on the website to clarify that this was a "$500 coverage for clothing and sports equipment only". They lost my package and I filed a claim. This claim was rejected because it was not about clothing or sports equipment. This is a deceitful practice because they conceal the limitations that exist with their service which do not exist with any other vendor. UPS, USPS, and FedEx do not restrict their insurance to clothing and sports equipment only. The "carrier guarantee" intentionally compounds the deceit because the package is shipped with FedEx. So, one would think that the shipment is guaranteed with FedEx insurance. Instead, there is no guarantee from the carrier. They give a $10 credit if your package is delayed by the carrier.

Appalling service. Meant to pick up luggage in 1-3pm time slot. 4.30pm and still not arrived and no notification of delay. Contact centre can only say somebody will be there some time and slot is only a request (not even clear if today). Despite saying they would call back with information or explanation, nobody does. This is not even close to a ‘white glove’ service as described

Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. Initial delivery was late and the company totally honored their guarantee. Sending our luggage ahead made it so much easier to get through the airports on our overseas travel. We will definitely use this service again!

We used LF to ship our luggage to the start of our World Cruise and then to send a couple pieces back from London. We added two other legs to our cruise and sent the remaining pieces of luggage home from New York to Florida, making the flight home easy (no need to drop luggage or wait for it on the other end). Luggage showed up at the front door.
