Fantastic service and suburb client support

Problem with Yodel delivery. Cane came on time as per the tracking app. Commented that that they were sorry to have missed me. I saw them drive in and off! Later showed as damaged case and contact supplier. Phoned Laithwaites who were extremely helpful and apologetic and said a replacement would be sent the next day, which it was and this time Yodel did their role properly! Ben a Laithwaites customer 15+ Years and they always come up trumps!

Always reliable with good delivery

I have been a customer of Laithwaites for many years both with a 12 weekly Wine Plan and Top-up Purchases. I have never had to return any wine or challenge them on their "If you don't like a wine then don't pay for it". I have liked everything they've supplied at what I consider very good prices. One very happy repeat customer - keep up the good work!

Wine didn't turn up on day agreed. Courier said they needed further info regarding our address. Odd, as they successfully delivered another case of wine from same supplier the day before. Contact with the courier company unhelpful when I eventually got through. Laithwaites did sort once I contacted them.

Excellent service

I received a phonecall when requested. We discussed my needs and I placed an order which came when specified.The whole process was pleasant and efficient as usual

First delivery was completely wrong, order wine got IPA?? Had to ring to get it sorted, customer service re ordered & got it sorted no problem

The wine itself is good. However Laithwaites insists on still using Yodel as a delivery courier and they continue to ignore the delivery placement requests and so leave the deliveries open to theft.

Love the personal attention and info. available to help make a choice from huge selection of wines. Excellent value for money for special vintages produced by smaller vineyards where family winemakers match their expertise with intense tlc.
