Unfortunately I ordered the wrong case of wine - my mistake, but when I called the Laithwaites team, they immediately sorted my dilemma. The correct case was delivered the next day and the incorrect case was scheduled to be collected at my convenience - brilliant customer service.

So easy to order online quick delivery. I ordered rose wine this time,only tried two bottles up till now both were up to laithwaits high standards.

Laithwaits website is easy to use, unfortunately they use a delivery company that clearly find simple instructions hard to follow

Very easy to order and the delivery was pretty prompt. Well packaged and left in the desiganated safe place. The wine is one of our favourites at the lower end of the price range.

The wines are all very good quality and flavourful. Service is excellent. It is worth looking out for special offers to keep prices down I much prefer both red and whites compared to major supermarkets Another benefit is being able to pick your own mixes if you don't want a box of the same grape.
