Excellent wine and service as usual

Good wines. Good delivery. Mostly good customer service. Website confusing at times.

My experience with Laithwaites has always been a positive one. Easy to place an order. Assistance is there if you want or need it. Wines have been delivered in good condition within a short time if order being placed. All in all 5 stars as just good customer service meeting my expectations. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Just keep up the good work!

I raised the issue of your website denying me access to my account. Message said either password or account name not recognized. I changed the password several times as per instruction. Called you repeatedly, but never received a helpful reply. You confirmed the account name is correct. I have no choice to move to a helpful supplier.

Wine so far really good

Correct order arrived on time. What's not to like? No point in reviewing the individual bottles, others can do that better than me, I'm sure. Strange marketing by Laithwaites; on the website, none of the usual discounts on full cases. The idea behind this was revealed when it became clear that the said discounts were only available with a new subscription. No thanks. Even stranger: each time when we order a case, without fail a printed catalogue then plops onto the doormat within a couple of days. Goes straight in the bin - we already chose our wine!
