I ordered a case over Christmas and discovered some new favourites (Lobster Shack 'white' being one of them). In addition, Customer Service has been excellent - it's refreshing to actually be able to speak to someone on the phone, who was knowledgable and eager to sort out my query. Well done Laithwaites!

wine dumped on doorstep in full view of main road, despite instructions to put in garage. One box upside down, had to take the bottles in one by one as they were soaked by the time we got home. Lucky we live in an honest neighbourhood. Laithwaites response, oh, yodel are usually quite good! Glad ive cancelled my subscription, this is their second piece of nonsense on delivery and really not bothered about my experience at all :(

I received the wrong wine in an order. On notification, Angie, my wine advisor, sent the correct type and it was delivered the following day. An excellent response, but it's a pity the initial mistake was made.

I love the variety of wine on offer, the pricing is good and I really enjoy trying new wines. Delivery is always super fast and although I have never had a problem when I have spoken to the staff concerning my orders they are very pleasant.

The delivery is very quick and the wines I choose are my favourites at a reasonable price (I think so anyway). I enjoy reading the reviews - however they are subjective and everyone's taste is different. I would like an indication of whether the wine is sweet medium or dry - my husband does like a sweet wine whilst my requirements are different. A bit more useful information would be beneficial instead of the pretentious nonsense some people write.
