The wine is always good. Delivery driver carried the box into the kitchen for me. Too heavy for me. Above an£ beyond service.

The quality of the wine is very good and the price is moderate. I complained once only and an immediate refund was given for the two bottles. Also delivery is prompt.

I have no issues with my excellent Wine Advisor Lisa Kelly. I leave her to advise and she is very very good. I do have issues with Yodel. They have delivered to two of my neighbours (not both wine). I managed to retrieve one delivery because the neighbour was out and the parcel was at their door. The other one was delivered by my neighbour. Not good.

I have not contacted you Mathew, but the last order has not been delivered, well it might have been but I have not received, no notice to say where it was left, i presume down stairs, there are a lot of suspicious people in this world, i feel that it must be stressed that it comes to my door, like i have stressed before, i would appreciate your concern.
