Smooth customer services as ever. But maybe an inexperienced operator: knowing I was after a crate of pink fizz for the daughter’s birthday I was still given the Il Papervero Rosso, not the Il Papervero rose Prosecco. Same price so I didn’t see it. Easy mistake to make I guess, but the service here is usually super.

I have dealt with Laithwaites for many years and have always been pleased with the service received from dealing with Tom on the phone to delivery. The wines I order are excellent and so I don’t buy elsewhere. You can’t improve on the goods or performance.

Great wine - but unfortunately they use Yodel for delivery and in my area (CA11) that is totally unreliable
