wanted a specific wine that had been sold out. 'My' wine agent Tony Galante made a note and when the latest wine came in he informed me straight away - needless to say I ordered. Great service, quality and overall value. 'I am too old to be drinking crap wine (cheap or otherwise)' hence I use Laithwaites.

Stocks running low so placed an order online on a Sunday evening and wine was delivered 2 days later - what more could you ask for?!

Easy to order either on line or direct with helpful wine agent. Only issues I have had in the past has been with the parcel delivery company (Yodel). My experience in the past week was that I received a delivery of one case of a 2 case order. Received advance notification of expected delivery times on Wednesday 2nd April. Parcel was delivered to neighbour as instructed when we were out. Unfortunately neighbour was out also but parcel left on their doorstep which I subsequently recovered. On Thursday 3rd April we received notice of delivery times for second parcel between 15:36 and 17:36 and this time we were at home then. However, the parcel never arrived at all that day. We received no subsequent notification regarding delivery and I had to go on line myself to track the parcel to find out the notification of the next timed delivery on Friday 4th April when that parcel was eventually delivered. Appears to be a breakdown in communication somewhere!

Have been with Laithwaites fora number of years now, never been disappointed. Great wine at good prices.

Pricing has gone up but that’s the same all over. Still some good deals out there and quality and service absolutely what was looked for.

The delivery driver was very helpful, as usual, and placed the box exactly where I asked. He was very friendly.

Ordered the Australian reds case ( 15 bottles) only to find everyone had been bottled in the Uk . Sampled one bottle and in the process of sending the case back.
